Zumba is an aerobic fitness program inspired by the latin culture. Come and dance your weight off with our extremely talented and motivating instructors!

CARDIO KICKBOXING
If you are looking for a class that will kick your butt, this class is for you! Burn off your booty through kicks, punches, abs and body toning exercises. All it takes is one hour to melt that fat off!
SCHEDULE
Wednesdays- 7:30-8:30pm
SPINNING
This is an extreme cardiovascular cycling workout that will take you on the ride of your life. Burn off that fat through this stable indoor cycling class through resistance, hills and sprints.

Monday: 6:30-7:30pm
Wednesdays- 6:30-7:30pm
Friday: 6:30-7:30pm
*PADDED SHORTS ARE RECOMMENDED! They are not required, however, it will definitely make this ride more comfortable!
